Zoe was our "dreams do come true" dog. She was our first multiple Best In Show, multiple Best In Specialty Show dog. Zoe was the Dalmatian Club of America National Specialty Best of Opposite Sex winner in 1998 and was Best of Breed at the Detroit Summer Specialty the same year. Zoe has qualified for, and competed in, D.C.A. Top Twenty competitions 3 times and in 1996, was the Nation's  #5 Dalmatian and #1 Breeder/Owner/Handled Dal.. Her first litter, sired by Ch. Snow Hill's Rapscallian, produced three Champions: Rumor, Calla (L) and Patrick (L). Her second litter, sired by Ch. Spotlight's Obsession produced Ch. Collin (L) , who had two five point majors at 8 mos. of age and Ch. Charmer.

Zoe was co-owned with Kris and John Benoit but always lived at home with us. Zoe's last show was the 1998 Nationals. We said goodbye to Zoe and helped her cross the "Rainbow Bridge" on August 8, 2005. She left us peacefully and gracefully,  in our arms at home after looking at both Mark and me and giving me a little kiss. She was always loved and will be missed by the four of us, Diane & Mark, Kris and John.

In 2004, we commissioned a bronze statue from well known Wire Fox Terrier breeder and sculptor, Ric Chashoudian.  It is almost as beautiful as Zoe herself and it will always occupy a place of honor in our house. Not a day will ever go by that we won't be grateful for her presence in our lives.
